Chilli paneer is one of them. I try to make chilli paneer without cornflour, no compromise in taste. Here I am also not using chilli sauce, so kids can intake the dish, too .

Ingradients of Chilli paneer :
Amul paneer – 200gm
Maida/ all purpose flour – 4 tablespoon(2 for batter & 2 for gravy)
Peeper powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 3 teaspoon(1 for batter & 2 for gravy)
Refined oil – 3 tablespoon
Garlic – 4-6 pieces
Onion – 2
Red bell peeper – 1
Spring onion – 200gm
Carrot – 100gm
Origano – 2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes – 2 teaspoon
Soya sauce – 2 tablespoon
Tomato sauce – 3 tablespoon
