Ingredients-

For masala —
Oil – 2 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tbsp
Chana dal – 1 tbsp
Cumin ( jeera) – 1/2 tsp
Dry red chili – 3
Curry leaves – 1/2 cup
Sesame – 1/2 tsp
Tamarind ( imli) – small size

Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Hing – pinch curry leaves – few
Dry red chili – 2 Or fresh
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Cooked rice – 2 cup
Salt to taste

It is a very simple recipe for kids lunch box. It is healthy & tasty too which popular in South india. It does not require any supporting side dish because it itself very tasty & healthy .
