Salad #1 Dressing:
-1 tbsp olive oil
-2 tsp balsamic vinegar
-1/4 red onion
-1 lemon wedge
-1/2 tsp minced garlic
-Salt & pepper (to taste)
Salad #2 Dressing:
-1 tbsp olive oil
-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-2 tsp sugar
-1 lemon wedge
-Salt & pepper (to taste)
Salad #3:
-1 can of tuna
-1 tbsp red onion
-1/2 celery stick
-1 tbsp chopped red onion
-1 1/2 tbsp mayo
-1 tsp mustard
-2 tbsp chopped parsley
-Salt & pepper (to taste)
