Procedure:
How to make Diamond cuts Recipe:
1. To a mixing bowl, add the maida flour, maida, and add 1/4 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of oil.
2. Mix it well. Then add water and knead it to chapathi batter consistency.
3. Roll it using a rolling pin and cut into diamond shape.
4. Allow it to dry for 10 minutes.
5. Then fry in oil for 5 minutes in medium flame until they turn golden brown.
6. Once they turn golden brown, remove and enjoy with your family and friends.
