1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
1/2 cup Tomatoes (Remove the Pulp & chop finely)
1/2 cup Processed cheese or Paneer
1/2 cup Spring Onions
1 tbsp Coriander , chopped
Salt to taste
Nachos to top

For Dresssing:
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Chilli Sauce
Pinch of Black Pepper
