200 grm Poha/Chire (Flattened Rice)
3 tbs refined oil
1 Medium Size Sliced Onion
1 Medium Size Chopped Tomato
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
14-15 Curry Leaves
2-3 Chopped Green Chillies
3-4 Tbs Peanuts
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
2 Tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
