Gooooooood morning party people. I love watching “What I eat in a day” videos, and I love making them too, so here’s another one. I have changed my eating style a bit recently, because I am actively trying to reduce body fat and lose weight. I’m focussing on low calorie density foods (all the vegetables), trying to get a reasonable amount of protein in and most importantly staying in a calorie deficit. After all, it boils down to calories and vs calories out.
