Paniyaram recipe with idli batter

1 Cup left Over Idli
1/2 tsp Urad Dal
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Chana Dal / Moong Dal
Curry Leaves
1-2 Chopped Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 tbsp Red Chilly sauce
1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum
1/4 Cup Chopped Carrots
Oil for Frying
