RECIPE:
GLAZED SWEET POTATOES
preheat oven to 450
peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes, place in pan
Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper
Bake for 20 min
while potatoes are baking, mix 1/4 cup of honey, 1-2 tbsps of sriracha, 2 or more tbsp of hot sauce and 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar.
Lower oven to 350
Take sweet potatoes out and pour glaze
and bake for 20 more min until soft

SALMON
Marinate fish with seasoning per taste
Dill
lemon pepper
cajun
garlic
olive oil
Let the salmon marinate for about 15 minutes, if you can longer.
cook fish on stove with butter/olive or coconut oil until cooked

QUINOA SALAD
1 cup of quinoa / two cups of water
1 avocado chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
2 peeled cucumbers chopped
1 lemon & red wine vinegar per taste for dressing
1 green onion
salt and pepper
crumbled feta cheese
