In this video we learn how to meal prep one of the most popular Filipino dishes out there, Pancit! We added a lot of protein into these meals and dropped the carbs by using rice noodles and used less oils which translates to a lower fat intake as well. These are great for eating while losing weight as the recipe contains a very strong balance of all three macronutrients.
