Ingredients for Band Gobi Aloo / Karam Kalla Aloo :
Cabbage / Band Gobi: 1 Big Size (Almost 700 to 1000g)
Potato: 4 Medium (According to your choice)
Tomatoes 3 Medium
Tomato Paste 2 Tbsp
Onions 2 Medium
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp
Salt According to your taste
Turmeric Powder 1 Tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 Tbsp (you may adjust according to your taste)
Roasted & Crushed Cumin 1 Tbsp
Fresh Green Chilies 3-4

Step by Step Direction for Band Gobi Aloo / Karam Kalla Aloo Recipe:
-Heat oil in a pan, and add onions to fry
-Fry onions until brown,
-While onions are getting fried, add tomatoes and tomato paste in a blender to make a paste
-Keep it aside for later use
-Once onions are brown, add ginger garlic paste and sauté
-Add prepared tomato paste and other spices
-Add Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red chili Powder and Roasted & Crushed Cumin
-Cover the lid and let it cook until water evaporates and oil separates
-Now add cabbage and potatoes
-Mix well
-Cover the lid and let it cook on low flame 30-40 minutes until vegetable are well cooked
-Add fresh green chilies and cover the lid to steam cook for another 4-5 minutes
-Band Gobi Aloo is ready to dish out
-Dish out the Delicious and healthy vegetable to serve
-Enjoy yummiest lunch or dinner with Nan or Chapati.
