INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:-
* 2-3 leftover roti
* 1 tsp mustard seeds
* 5-7 curry leaves
* 1 tsp oil
* 1 finely chopped green chilli
* 2 medium sized grated carrots
* 100 grms grated paneer
* 2-3 tbs of freshy chopped corriander
* salt to taste
* 1 tsp black pepper powder
* 1/2 tsp lemon juice
* 2 tsp green chilli sauce
* 2 tsp tomato ketchup
* 2-3 cheese slices
* melted butter 1-2 tsp (optional)
