Lumpiang Gulay with Special Lugaw (Vegetable Lumpia) Recipe
Lumpia Ingredients:
1 pack big size lumpia wrappers
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 medium sized onion chopped
1 cup peeled shrimp chopped
1 pack tofu chopped
2 cups snow peas sliced
2 cups carrots sliced
30g monggo sprouts
1/2 tsp. worcestershire
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. fish sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Lugaw Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
1/2 cup of glutinous rice (malagkit)
4 cups of water
1 tsp. salt
1 thumb size ginger
hard boiled eggs
finely chopped spring onions
fried chopped garlic for garnish
(Optional) Lumpia Batter for Frying:
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 breaded flour mix
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 cup of water
1 tsp. paprika
Lumpia Sauce:
3/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp. fish sauce
1/2 fresh lime squeezed
2 tbsp. white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. chilly flakes
sliced green chilly (optional)
