Here are a few filling healthy meals from the Starch Solution meal suggestions.

Oatmeal: 1 cups Steal cut oats, shredded carrot, shredded zucchini, 2 1/2 cups water Instant Pot Porridge setting for 8 minutes Top with your favorites like: Berries, Cinnamon, Coconut flakes, maple syrup….. you can add nuts, chia seeds and flax too but I am watching my fat right now.
Soup: Search a Vegan Cheese Sauce recipe-make it and add 1 jar to a soup pot. Add barley (or any grain(s) dehydrated potato flakes, celery, online, garlic, carrots. Add enough vegetable stock to cover about 4 cups. Let simmer until all grains have cooked and are tender. Add corn, chopped kale. broccoli–whatever additional veggies you like in soup. Simmer until those are also tender. I love this with a little hot sauce on top!!
Lentils: Chop and sauté onions, kale, garlic until tender Add 1 cup green lentils, 2 cups veggie stock, can crushed tomatoes, herbs and spices.
——Suggested herbs and spices: paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili seasoning, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, oregano, and thyme——– Simmer until lentils are tender, add more stock or water if needed, Serve over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
