Whole Wheat Loaf
Heres a new recipe for you bread bakers out there, this ones a whole wheat loaf which is super easy to bake & once you start baking fresh bread at home you will understand how easy & healthy it is.

Ingredients
For the yeast
2 tsp yeast mixed with water
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
For the dough
2 cups wholewheat flour
1 cup refined flour
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp flax seeds
2 tsp sesame seeds
1 1/4 cup water
3 tbsp olive oil
For the topping
1/2 cup egg or milk wash
1 tsp each – flax, sesame & poppy seeds
Bake at 190°C for 20-22 mins
