Ingredients
1 small cup chopped onions
1 small cup chopped tomato
1 small cup chopped capsicum
1 small cup chopped cabbage
1 small cup chopped carrot
1 small cup chopped green onion
2 spoon flax seed and chia seed powder( optional)
Method
Take 1 small cup hung curd. First mix ingredients according to 3 sandwiches into the curd. Add salt, jeera powder and black pepper. Mix well. Spread on the brown bread and put another bread on it. Bake on a pan from both sides. Serve it with the chutney or sauce of your choice
