Ingredients
Oat flour 1 cup 3/4 cup
Eggs 2
Brown sugar or honey 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Bananas 3 ripe
Baking soda 1/2 t sp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 t sp
Salt 1/4 t sp
Vanilla extract 1 t sp
Walnuts + dark chocolate optional

Direction
For dry mixture

1: In a bowl add oat flour, cinnamon powder ,baking powder ,baking soda , salt mix them together .

For liquid batter

2: In other bowl add ripe bananas ,mash them.
3: Add brown sugar or honey , yogurt ,vanilla extract & 2 egg .mix them together with spatula
4: Now combine dry mixture with liquid batter
5: Split the batter into half for 2 flavors
6: Add 1/4 cup walnuts in 1 bowl of batter
7:Add 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks in other bowl of batter
8:Fill the batter in baking tray with 1/4 cup
9 :This batter makes 12 cupcakes
10: Temperature 350f(180c)
11: bake for 25 to 30 minutes (preheated oven)
