Ingredients:
1. Banana 1 medium
2. Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
3. Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
4. Dates pitted 2 (softened in warm water & chopped)
5. Almond butter 1 tbsp
6. Regular milk or almond milk 1 cup
7. Ice cubes
Method:
• Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth and serve chilled.
Suggestions:
• Almond butter can be replaced with peanut butter.
