One of the hardest parts to starting your weight loss journey is actually stopping and taking a look at the damage you have done and planning your goals to reverse that damage.
I recommend everyone take before photos and also measure your body from neck to calf so you have something to compare your after photo to.
Often times, you may not lose pounds but you may lose inches and having a photo to see the progress of your body transformation an help you stay motivated.
As for my body, it has its own unique circumstances and consequences and you may or may not have a similar situation but just note my journey is unique to my situation. I know what I have done to cause my overweight and also know some other non food factors. ie multiple c sections
