Whole moong = 1 cup
Mustard seeds = 1tsp(Skip for vrat recipe)
Urad dal = 1tsp(Skip for vrat recipe)
Green chilli = 2
Red chilli = 2
Curry leaves = few
Salt = to taste
Jaggery = 1tbsp
Oil = 1tbsp
Shredded coconut = 1/4 cup

Tapioca/ yuca/ stir fry:

Tapioca/Cassava/Kolli/
Kappa/Maragenasu = 3 small
Red chilli powder = 1-2 tsp
Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil = 2-4 tsp
Mustard = 1tsp
Urad dal = 1tsp(Skip for vrat recipe)
Shredded coconut = 1/4 cup
Water = 2-3 Tbsp
Water for cooking tapioca
(Red chilli and curry leaves are optional)

Sabudana/sabakki/Tapioca pearl = 2 cup
Raw peanut = 1/4 cup
Roasted & powdered peanut = 1/2 cup
Cumin seed/Jeera = 1 tsp
Ginger = 1Tbsp chopped
Green chilli = 4 chopped
Curry leaves = 15 – 20
Tomato = 1 chopped
Boiled potato = 1 chopped
Coriander leaves = 1/4 cup chopped
Rock salt or sendha namak = 1.5 tsp or to taste
Lemon juice = 1/2 large squeezed
Sugar = 1tsp
Ghee /Clarified butter = 2Tbsp +1Tbsp
Water = 2 cup for soaking

Jaggery/Brown sugar = 1Tbsp

Shredded coconut = 1/4 Cup
Coriander leave = 1Tbs
Water = 1/4 cup
