urad dal – 1cup (100gms)
kodo millet / arikelu – 2cups (200gms)
fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp

Rinse off both the urad dal and kodo millet throughly and soak it for 8hrs

After 8hrs grind each mix it well and ferment it overnight /8hrs

After 8hrs the batter will be fermented well and ready to make dosa
