Hummus recipe
1) Take ½ cup Chickpea and rinse it properly 2) Soak them for 8 hours or overnight
3) Drain the water of soaked chickpeas and rinse it again
4) Transfer soaked and rinsed Chickpeas to a pressure cooker and take 5-8 whistles to properly cook the Chickpea
5) Once cooked, strain the stock from Chickpea and store it and let them cool down completely.
6) Take Extra Virgin Olive oil in a pan and fry garlic till golden brown
7) Let the oil used to fry garlic cool down completelu
8) In a mixture grinder, take cooked chickpea, fried garlic, lemon juice, chickpea stock, salt, pepper powder, extra virgin olive oil and blend it properly till the paste it fine.
9) Decorate it with some paprika powder, extra virgin olive oil and mint leaves.
