INGREDIENTS
• 2 bigger or 3 small bananas
• 2 large eggs
• 1 and 1/2 cup flour (I used wholemeal)
• 1 scoop protein
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
• pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F / 175°C.
2)Mash the ripe bananas with the fork. Mix in all other ingredients and stir together until smooth.
3)Pour the batter into the prepaired loaf pan ( I used also the baking paper.
4)Bake for about 30-35 minutes (or 50 minutes if you have higher form than the one that I used in the video).
5)Remove from oven and let cool in the pan. Then remove the bread from the pan and let cool completely. Slice and serve. (since I did not add any sugar, except sweet bananas and vanilla flavoured protein, I served mine bread with some honey on top).
