Ingredients
Handful of spring mix
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated beetroot
Alfalfa sprout
Avocado
Sunflower seeds or any nuts
For the dressing
1tbsp tahini paste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Combine all the ings in a container and shake .
