Corn Kabab recipe
Ingredients-
Boiled corn – 1 cup
Boiled potato- 4 medium
Fine chopped onion- 1 big
Fine chopped capsicum- 1 medium
Fine chopped ginger green chilli- 1 tbsp
Some fine chopped coriander leaves
Corn flour- 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs- 3/4 cup
Chilli flakes/ Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Chat masala- 1 tsp
Black paper powder– 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt- 1 tsp or according to taste
Lemon juice- 1tsp
Oil for shallow frying
After frying the Kababs transfer them in a plate lined with paper towel to remove excess oil.
Note-
1. If you want you can make a fine paste of corn also.
2. If you do not have a skewer, then just flatten the kabab mixture like cutlets or patties.
3. Add in more bread crumbs if there is to much moisture.make sure to have a non sticky dough.
For baking corn kabab
4. Place the kabab on a greased tray or parchment paper or foil or a metal rack. Brush some oil on the kabab. Place in a pre heated oven and bake or grill at 180 degrees celsius till crisp and golden.
