Hello All, I am excited to produce this video for you on how to make Healthy Nutrition roti at home. Did you know this fact that NOT EVERY ROTI HAS A LOT OF CARBS.

Being an Indian by ethnicity, I can’t survive without including Roti or Chapati in my daily diet. But to lose weight, you have to cut down on the white flour roti. So all of you Roti lovers, now I am bringing to you a healthy nutrition roti recipe recommended by my nutritionist Bijal Thoda that helped me lose a lot of weight and at the same time allowed me to satisfy my roti cravings.

Yes, you heard it right. There is no need to give up on Roti. As far as you make rotis the way I teach in this video, you can eat one for lunch and one for dinner. Trust me, that one is enough as it makes you pretty full due to the ingredients like Kuttu flower, Bajra and Ragi. Please try this recipe and let me know if it worked for you.
