Ragi ladoo preparation method:-
Take a mixer jar and add half cup washed and dried kismis,one cup kimia or regular dates,one cup roasted and peeled peanuts,one TSP Cinnamon powder,6 cardamom(seeds),coarsly grid all the ingredients,then add one cup roasted ragi flour and pulse until combined well,then transfer to a mixing bowl and form a dough,then take a small ball size portion and make into ladoo,make sure tightly roll the ladoo then the oil in peanut will release and you will get shiny and soft texture to the ladoo,then your done,make all the remaining laddoos as same and store them in an air tight container..
