Ingredients
Oil – 2 teaspoons
Eggs – 3
Onion – 1
Garlic – 3 cloves
Spinach – 120 gm
Coriander – 2 tablespoons
Green Chillies – 3
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilie flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Little bit of Turmeric powder
Salt to taste.
How to Make :
Step 1. – Put oil in a pan and heat. Then add garlic and saute till golden brown and Then add spinach , saute for 2 mins. And put out in a plate.
Step 2. – Take a bowl add eggs, spices, salt and other vegetables and whisk it.
Step 3. – In the same pan add some oil and put the egg mixture into it and cook it until it’s done.
