Recipe to make puris at home-
– Take Semolina (1 cup), salt (as per taste), oil (2 teaspoons), all purpose flour (for binding), Eno and water for binding.
– Mix all of them and let it rest for an hour.
– Make small balls and roll them flat.
– Deep fry them in oil.
– Puris are ready.
