water – 2 cup(500ml)
Coriander leaves – 1cup (chopped)
Mint (Pudina) leaves -1/2 cup(chopped)
For marination ;
Curd – 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
salt – 1 tsp(chopped)
