Fah’s Ultimate Channel brought you the ultimate recipe for Veggie burger. Easy to make and delicious recipe, which not helps you satify your cravings, but also a low calorie burger.
Ingredients:
1. Chick peas 500grm
2. Spring onion 3 sticks
3. Handful of coriander and mint
4. Half cup oats (200grm)
5. Half Cup spinach
6. 3 green chillies
7. 1 egg for binding
8. 1 table spoon vinegar
9. 1 tblspoon soya sauce
10. 1 tblspoon chilli flax
11. 1 tblspoon salt
12. 1 tblspoon black and whit pepper
Directions:
Take 500 grm of chick peas, 3 sticks of spring onion, half cup of baby spinach, handful of coriander and mint also 3 chillies, blend all of them in a mixer, mix them in a way so that its not looks like a paste, its should be coarsely grinded, at this stage add eggs and all the spices and mix them well. Take the mixture out of the blender and make patties. Fry the patties and make delicious burgers from it.
