7-8 Cherry tomatoes
1 small onion
1 cup black gram with sprouts
1 cup green gram with sprouts
2 tbsp black olives
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Apple & nuts oat meal:
2 cups milk
1 big tbsp plain oats
1+1/2 tsp chopped almonds
1+1/2 tsp chopped cashews
1 tbsp apple pieces
1 tbsp honey
Avocado egg sandwich:
1 avocado
Half lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 boiled egg
