Laing with Salted fish | Chicken
Ingredients:
* Dry Yam Leave – 1 kg
* Salted Fish (biya ) – 200grms
* Chicken Strips breast – 500grms
* Onion – 1 pc
* Garlic – 1 pc
* Ginger – 100grms
* Chilies fresh – 3-5 or more
* Chili flakes – optional
* Vinegar – 50ml
* Coconut milk – 1 tin
* Coconut cream – 1 kg
* Salt,black pepper ( taste)
* Canola Spread – 200grms
