These golden buns are sooo yummy and light!
INGREDIENTS
300g (2.4 cups) flour (all purpose)
7g dry yeast
½ tsp salt
20g (0.1 cup) sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
3 carrots
90ml (0.38 cup) water

METHOD
Beat 150 grams of carrots and 110ml of water in a blender.
Pour in 300 grams of flour, add 1 tsp. yeast, ½ tsp salt, 25g sugar and 30g olive oil, and then pour in the carrot puree, mix well and knead the dough.
Let rise for 30 minutes. Stir the dough and let rise for 30 minutes. Repeat the same thing again. Divide the dough into 12 parts. Form buns. Let rise for 45 minutes. Decorate with icing sugar. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
