Reading Food labels shouldn’t be hard or difficult to understand, right? Well, sometimes it is! In this video, I am sharing with you 3 very simple steps on how you can easily read food labels to help you shop the best and healthiest products in your next grocery shopping!

Ingredient list:
· 2 eggs
· 1 cup semi-skimmed milk
· 1 vanilla
· 2 teaspoons cinnamon
· 6 slices of whole grain bread or gluten free bread
· 1 ½ cups of your desired fruits: for this recipe I used
-½ cup blackberries,
-½ cup blueberries
-½ cup raspberries, halved
Filling:
· 1 cup plain low fat vanilla yogurt
· 2 tbsp honey
· cinnamon
