Hello beautiful people! 😍 Welcome to my channel. We are finally in November. This is fall season. So today I made my favorite bread, which is pumpkin bread. I made two pumpkin bread. One is just plain pumpkin bread and cranberry and pecan nut pumpkin bread.
Pumpkins are popular and favorite around thanksgiving time in America.

When we think about thanksgiving desserts, pumpkin bread is the first thing that comes to the mind. Every Thanksgiving season, families gather around the table and celebrate a meal together. Pumpkin pie can be considered as the hallmark of thanksgiving in American tradition.

Pumpkins are highly nutritious and are in low calorie. Pumpkins are high in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin C, fiber, potassium, copper, manganese, vitamin B12, vitamin E and iron. Pumpkins also contain antioxidants such as alpha-carotene, beta-carotene and beta-cryptoxanthin. Pumpkins can benefit your health in many ways such as reducing the risk of developing cancer, protecting against asthma and heart disease, regulating blood pressure, preventing and controlling diabetes, promoting eye health, helping in weight loss and improving skin health.

Here is my recipe for pumpkin bread

Ingredients

• 29 oz can pumpkin puree, Libby’s , Optional 15 oz is perfect for 1 bread
• 1tsp baking soda
• 1tsp baking powder
• 1tsp cinnamon, powder ground
• 1tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1tsp nutmeg, ground
• 3 1/3 flour all purpose
• 1cup brown sugar
• 1cup granulated
• 1tsp salt
• 1tsp pumpkin pie spice extract
• 2/3 water
• 4 eggs, room temperature
• 1cup oil, vegetable
• 1cup pecan nuts
• 1cup cranberries

Instructions to make

• Heat the oven to 350F
• First, combine all the dry ingredients; flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder together and whisk well and set aside. Use a towel to cover the mixer when whisking to avoid the flour dust all over your kitchen.
• Then add eggs, oil, water, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin pie extract, vanilla to the dry ingredient mixture and blend together.
• After everything is blended, put one portion to one of the baking pan and put aside.
• Then, you can add pecan nuts and cranberries to the rest of the mixture and blend well.
• Now, put the blended mixture to the other baking pan.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes at 350°F. But when get it to 45 minutes, you can check if the bread has baked enough using a toothpick
• Remove from the oven and let them cool down for some minutes. Cut the pumpkin bread in slices and enjoy
