Here is a low calorie dessert, chocolate low calorie dessert. Easy to make mug brownie. Lose weight with this brownie, add protein powder if you like to it instead of the chocolate powder to build muscle. It isn’t that high in protein. Can be used to lower body fat/ lose body fat and maintain lean muscle mass.

Ingredients
2tbs flour
2tbs apple sauce
2tbs milk
2tbs sweetner ( erythritol is best or a blend with erythritol in it)
1 tbs of cocoa powder
dash of salt
splash of 40% alcohol if desired
