1.chopped onion
2.chopped tomato
3.grated carrot
4.chopped capsicum
5.chopped coriander leaves
6.2 eggs
7.2 bread slices
8.turmeric powder
9.black pepper powder
10.salt

𝙄𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧π™ͺπ™˜π™©π™žπ™€π™£π™¨:
1. Take each slice of bread and using a knife cut out the center part of the bread.
2. In a medium bowl crack the eggs and add turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt.
3. Whisk the eggs together with the salt, black pepper powder and turmeric powder.
4. Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato,grated corrot, chopped capsicum and chopped coriander leaves. mix it well.
5. In a large nonstick skillet place the butter and melt it over low flame.
6. Depending on the size of your bread and your skillet you can work on 1-2 pieces at a
time. over low flame place bread into the
nonstick skillet.
7. Next pour some of the egg mixture into the center until it fills the bread.
8. Next carefully put the cut out square piece of bread back into the hole and push it
down slightly.
9. pour the mixture and cook for a minute.
10. flip it carefully. now the bread hole omelette sandwich is ready to eat.

TIPS:
1. You can use any vegetables you have on hand, just cut into bite size pieces.
2. You can use your favorite breakfast meat.
3. You can use any bread and just adjust how much filling you put in the center.
4. You could use your favorite cheese.
You can use a skillet to make more at one time.
