This is a homemade recipe of Whole wheat 🍞 without Maida/All Purpose Flour, Yeast, Eggs & White Sugar. This tastes absolutely delicious without any kneading/proofing process. In less than an hour you can enjoy your soft fluffy bread. Tastes absolutely delicious like yeast bread & fantastic with jam🥪
🍞Ingredients: 5×9 inch loaf pan
For the Butter milk:
* 2 Cups Milk
* 2 tbsp Vinegar
Other Ingredients:
* 3 cups Whole wheat flour,sieved
* 1.5 tsp Baking powder
* 3/4 tsp Salt
* 1/2 tsp Baking soda
Wet ingredients:
* 1/4 cup Oil(Olive Oil/any cooking oil)
* 2 tbsp Maple syrup/Honey/Mashed banana
* Prepared butter milk
Notes:
+ Sieve the flour. Do not skip. Otherwise your bread will turn dense.
+ Buttermilk helps with the softness of the bread. So prefer using butter milk instead of milk in your baked goods.
+ No need of proofing time. Once you mix the dry & wet ingredients, bake the batter before the chemical reaction ends. Otherwise your baked goods may end up deflated.
+ You can also make this recipe in a pre heated kadai on stovetop.
