Chia seeds are nutrient-dense and are packed with fiber, protein, antioxidants, calcium and omega 3 fatty acids. This recipe is great for weight loss since it is low in calories and will keep you satiated for a long time. It is one of my favorite superfoods. This recipe is Vegan (Dairy-Free).

CHIA PUDDING BASE RECIPE
½ cup plant-based milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
2 TBSP organic chia seeds
1-2 tsp organic maple syrup
Combine all 3 ingredients in a mason jar and stir well. Wait 10-15 min, then stir again and store in a fridge for 3-4 hours. Then add your favorite toppings.
CHAI LATTE CHIA PUDDING
½ cup plant-based milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
2 TBSP organic chia seeds
1-2 tsp organic maple syrup
¼ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp cloves
⅛ tsp cardamom
⅛ tsp nutmeg
Toppings: (fresh banana slices, peanut butter, pecans)
MATCHA CHIA PUDDING
½ cup plant-based milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
2 TBSP organic chia seeds
1-2 tsp organic maple syrup
½ tsp matcha
Toppings (shredded coconut, pomegranate)
CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING
½ cup plant-based milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
2 TBSP organic chia seeds
1-2 tsp organic maple syrup
½ tbsp cacao powder
⅛ tsp cinnamon
Toppings (shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips/cacao nibs, peanut butter, fresh banana slices)
PB&J CHIA PUDDING
½ cup plant-based milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
2 TBSP organic chia seeds
1-2 tsp organic maple syrup
1 TBSP organic peanut butter
Toppings: (jelly, raspberries, blackberries, pistachios)
GOLDEN MILK CHIA PUDDING
½ cup plant-based milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
2 TBSP organic chia seeds
1-2 tsp organic maple syrup
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp cinnamon
Toppings: (pineapple, hemp seeds)
PUMPKIN SPICE CHIA PUDDING
½ cup plant-based milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
2 TBSP organic chia seeds
1-2 tsp organic maple syrup
1 TBSP pumpkin puree
⅛ tsp pumpkin spice
Toppings: (melted dark chocolate, pecans, pumpkin seeds, coconut)
