Fish Paella – a low carb – keto friendly recipe to easily make at home!

This shrimp paella recipe is super easy to recreate and very good in taste!
Which paella do you prefer? Only seafood? Or do you need some meat in it?
So this is my basic shrimp paella recipe. You could be frying some sausages too and in the last step.
What do you need to prepare this paella?
500 g Cauliflower Rice
350 g Baby Shrimp
5 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Red Onion, chopped
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
1 Small Tomato, peeled and chopped
1 Spring Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Tomato Paste
100 ml Vegetable Stock
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
1/3 tsp Black Pepper
1/3 tsp Crushed Chilis
One can vary chili, pepper and salt according to personal preferences.
