Aloo Sooji Sandwich | Sooji Aloo Sandwich is a simple & quick healthy breakfast recipe which is made with only two ingredients aloo and suji and flavored with few spices. You can have aloo suji sandwich in breakfast and as an evening snacks. You can also serve these patties at small gatherings or house parties. you can Serve Aloo Sooji Sandwich with Green Chutney, Date And Tamarind Chutney or any other chutney of your choice.

INGREDIENTS –

Semolina/sooji – 1 cup
Curd/Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/2 cup (before soaking)
Water – 1/4 cup (after soaking)
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Soda – 1/2 tsp
Oil for toasting

For Aloo Masala Stuffing –

Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves – 7 to 8
Green Chilli – 2, finely chopped
Hing/Asafoetida – a pinch
Onion – 1, medium size, finely chopped
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Potato – 4 , medium size, Boiled & Mashed
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves – handful
