Recipes in this video:
Buckwheat Stuffing:
2 cups of carrots, peeled and diced small
2 cups of celery , diced small
1 cup onion, diced small
2 cups sprouted buckwheat (can be substituted with chopped or riced cauliflower)
2 cups ground walnuts
2 tbsp minced rosemary
3 tbsp minced thyme
2 tbsp virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sweet Potato Chips:
2 sweet potatoes sliced thinly on a mandoline
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cinnamon
Salt
Optional: cayenne, or any other spices
Brussels Sprouts:
5 cups Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
3/4 cup virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
Herbs
Pepper
