Today i have prepared a simple and delicious Thai fried cauliflower rice. To be honest it was really tasty. I have used basic ingredients to prepare this meal. Ingredients:
300grms Cauliflower
1 Clove of Garlic
1/4 Inch Ginger
1/2 Red Onion
1 Chilli Padi
1/2 Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Normal Soy Sauce
1 or 2 Lime Leaves
1 Tsp Yellow Bell Pepper (Chopped)
Handful of Spinach & Mushrooms
