Ingredients:
Puttu flour-1 cup
water-1 cup
salt-1/2 tsp
ripened plaintain-1
jaggery syrup-1/2 cup
shredded coconut-1/2 cup
ghee-1 tsp
Procedure:
-In a bowl add puttu flour ,salt and add water.
-Mix everything well and keep aside.
-To prepare banana stuffing,chop one plaintain and keep aside.
-In a kadai add ghee when it heats add chopped plaintain and cook for 2 minutes.
-Once it become soft add shredded coconut ,jaggery syrup and cook for a minute.
-Once done off the flame and keep aside.
-Meanwhile crumble the puttu flour.
-In a puttu maker add a tbsp of shredded coconut, a tbsp of prepared banana mix,crumbled flour.
-Repeat the process and fill.
-Cover and place in a steamer,cook till the air get released.
-Once the air is released and off the flame.
