Here’s a yummy sweet recipe for Diwali. Why do you have to resist chocolate this diwali. Try out this healthy Badam Katli recipe which is very easy to make with almond flour and dark chocolate.
Tip : The sugar syrup should be ready in 3-5 mins after the water and sugar starts boiling.
If you don’t have almond flour, soak the almonds in a hot boiled water for 2-3 mins. Then rinse with cold water and remove the skin. Dry the almonds completely and powder them in a blender.
