** Ingredients
250 gm split Bengal gram lentil flour / chana dal pith
1/2 teaspoon carom seeds powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon rice flour
Oil

** Procedure
Take a small pan. Put pan on gas. Gas flame is on. Put 2 tablespoon oil in it.
Take a pot. Put 250 gm split Bengal gram lentil flour. Add 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds powder , 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder , 1/2 teaspoon salt , 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder , 2 teaspoon rice flour. Mix it very well. Add hot oil. Take small , small amount of water & make a dough.
Take chakali sacha. Put shev making plate. Apply some amount of oil on inner side of sacha. Put the dough in sacha.
Take a pan. Put.pan on gas. Gas flame is on. When oil is hot , gas flame is slow & make shev in oil & deep fry.
This shev is ready to eat
