Being in quarantined from previous months and working from home, most of us has gained weight. So as the golden saying says “HEALTH IS WEALTH” my husband and I are on eating healthy journey. As a cook myself I have to find recipes and ideas that healthy meals is not boring as what we thought it is. This video I give you an idea how to prepare breakfast like a pro.
