cucumber pachadi is very easy to make and it is very healthy.
we can have it when we are on a diet.
it is a low calorie recipe.
Ingredients:
cucumber-2
green chilly-1/2
grated coconut-1/4 cup
onion-a small piece
curry leaves-handful
curd-1 large bowl
cumin seeds-a few
mustard seeds-few numbers
red chilly-1

Method of preparation
wash and peel off the skin of two cucumbers and chop them into fine pieces.
add chopped green chilly
now grind 1/4 cup of grated coconut along with a small piece of onion and cumin seeds with 2 table spn of curd.
now mix the coconut paste to the cucumber pieces
combine well …add curd,salt and crushed mustard seeds(less than 1/4 spn) and mix well.
now splutter mustard seeds ,dry chilly ,curry leaves in heated oil and pour over our pachadi..
our easy cucumber pachadi is ready here.
