I used pizza sauce for the spread because I didn’t have the pesto-like Jamie’s original recipe:
Spreading sauce recipe:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 garlic clove, crushed
800g cans chopped tomatoes (2 cans)
3 tbsp tomato purée (optional but it gives better colour)
2 tsp brown sugar
Hi, food lovers, we made this Jamieolivers Twisterbread, also known as pull apart bread and to be honest, I never made stuffed bread from scratch but it was easy stuffed bread so I managed to make from dough to finish baking without any problem. The twister bread or stuffed bread recipe however you call it it was easy to make. But one thing was great for me as Jami Oliver’s recipe had no recipe amounts for the twister bread so I had to be creative and that really made my bread unique. I have included the full recipe amount unlike Jamioliver as I believe some people still need the recipe to know how far you can change. However, I hope you guys like this twister bread.
